Sylvestre) of Fyfe Ave., and formerly of Lancaster St., Woodstock in her 92nd year. Beloved wife<br />

of the late Wilfred F. <strong>Proulx</strong> (1994). Dear mother of Jim (Florence) and Joyce Poisson (Richard)<br />

all of Windsor, Linda Hunter (Wayne), and Bonnie Atkinson all of Woodstock, Karen Piraino<br />

(Frank) of London, Roger <strong>Proulx</strong> (Joanne) of Stratford and Jackie Czuper (Steve) of Ingersoll.<br />

Loved mother-in-law of Faye <strong>Proulx</strong> of Windsor and Virginia <strong>Proulx</strong> of Woodstock. Dear<br />

grandmother of 27 grandchildren and Gi Gi Ma to 35 great grandchildren. Loved sister of Mary<br />

Gorr of Pembroke and Theresa Miller of St. Catharines. Predeceased by her sons Edward and<br />

Robert, 2 grandsons, 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Evelyn was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at the<br />

Royal Canadian Legion Br. #55, Woodstock. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral<br />

Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock on Friday 2:30- 4:30 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Mass will<br />

be held from St. Rita’s Roman Catholic Church, 904 Dundas St. Woodstock on Saturday at 2:30<br />

pm with Fr. Alan Dufraimont officiating. Interment later in the St. Mary’s Cemetery.<br />

Contributions to the Woodstock General Hospital Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated.<br />

Elizabeth A. <strong>Proulx</strong>, 70, of Hope Gardens, Park Street, Attleboro, a homemaker, died<br />

Wednesday, April 7, 2004 at the LifeCare Center of Attleboro. She was the beloved wife of Paul L.<br />

<strong>Proulx</strong> who died in 1986. Born in Attleboro, Massachusetts on January 13, 1934, Mrs. <strong>Proulx</strong> was<br />

a daughter of the late Alfonse and Elizabeth (McDuff) Frigon. Mrs. <strong>Proulx</strong> was educated in<br />

Attleboro schools. A homemaker, Mrs. <strong>Proulx</strong> was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist<br />

Church in Attleboro, a lifelong resident of Attleboro and enjoyed reading and spending time with<br />

her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by five daughters: Catherine M.<br />

Hervieux of Providence, Paula J. Genereux of Kingstown, RI, Julie A. Gorman of Cape Coral, FL,<br />

Mary E. Quaglia of Cumberland, RI and Carol M. <strong>Proulx</strong> of Attleboro; two sons: Michael P.<br />

<strong>Proulx</strong> of Cape Coral, FL and David F. <strong>Proulx</strong> of Attleboro; twelve grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren<br />

and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. <strong>Proulx</strong> was the sister of the late James Frigon,<br />

Frederick Frigon, Raymond Frigon, Stephen Frigon, Gloria Gurn, Doris Sutcliffe and Barbara<br />

Sayles. A funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at 8:00 AM from the Duffy-Poule<br />

Funeral Home, 20 Peck Street, Attleboro. Followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:00 AM in St. John the
