Simone <strong>Proulx</strong><br />

Passed away peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on August 28, 2005, in her 81st<br />

year. Simone was the loving wife of Alfie for the past 61 years and the beloved mother of Jim<br />

(Carol), Rick (Cindy) and Mike. Dear sister to Gail Bois in Orleans. Beloved sister-in-law to<br />

James (Josie), Sam and Louise. She will be fondly remembered by her 13 grandchildren, her 12<br />

great-grandchildren, her many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Simone was a long time<br />

member of St. Lawrence Church, the C.W.L. and she was a proud North Ender. She was a resident<br />

at Victoria Gardens Nursing Home for the past six years. A sincere thanks to their caring staff,<br />

especially to Simone's nurses and personal care workers for their long time support and care.<br />

Resting at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street East (near James) on Tuesday<br />

from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers Wednesday at 8 p.m. Funeral<br />

Mass will be offered at St. Lawrence Church on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers<br />

donations to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.<br />

MARRINER, Lauria In Kemptville on Saturday, September 10, 2005, age 81. Lauria<br />

<strong>Proulx</strong> of RR3 Spencerville. Sadly missed by her long-time partner Ray Frohlick. Dear mother of<br />

Larry (Dee) Marriner of Ottawa, Linda (Rick) Cayer of Winnipeg and David (Diane) Marriner of<br />

Aylmer. Sadly missed by Ray's children Carol Frohlick of Brinston, Perry (Shelly) Frohlick of<br />

Ottawa, Lorne Frohlick Ottawa, Laura Forbes of B.C., Wayne (Joanne) Frohlick of Ottawa, Linda<br />

Lauzon of Elgin, Melanie Frohlick of Timmins. Dear sister of Annette Leroux of Clarence.<br />

Survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Grant Brown<br />

Funeral Home Purcell Chapel Spencerville on Monday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held<br />

in the chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment Adams Cemetery. Those who<br />

Beloved Son, Brother & Uncle, "Roosh" - Age 45. Of North St. Paul, passed away on<br />

9/12/05 after a courageous 2-year battle with cancer. Preceded in death by wife, Judith; and<br />

grandparents, Henry & Alma Stahnke. Survived by parents, Jim & CloAnn; siblings, Kathy<br />

Davids (Pete), Michael, Robert, and Sue Walters (Howard); grandmother, Lorraine LaBuda;<br />

nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation TODAY Wednesday 4-7 PM at<br />
