1. Insert a patterned plate (2) upwards in the rear
groove of the rail profi le (11) in the centre.
2. Push a further rail profi le (11) with the groove onto
the centre of the plate (2) fi t to the drill holes in the
centre from below using 2 each M8 square nuts
and disks. Fit the M8x16 bolts in the centre.
3. Insert a patterned plate (2) upwards in the rear
groove of the second rail profi le (11) in the centre.
4. Push a further rail profi le (11) with the groove onto
the centre of the plate (2) fi t to the drill holes in the
centre from below using 2 each M8 square nuts
and disks. Fit the M8x16 bolts in the centre.
5. Push the 3 cushions on the hoops (3, 8).
6. Place hoops together and preassemble using
two each M8x55 screws, disks and M8 nuts.
7. Pre-assemble the left hoop and the right hand
hoop (3, 8) on the left had carried and the right
hand carrier (4, 9) using 2 each spacers, 2 M12x80
screws, large disks and M12 nuts.
8. Tighten the 4 M12x80 bolts using a maximum torque
of 40 Nm.
9. Place plastic caps on the screw heads.
10. Align the 3 rail profi les (11) and both platesn (2)
in the centre.
11. Align the left and the right hoop (3, 8) as well.
Tighten the M8 remaining screws using torque.
M 8 = 25 Nm
