3. Using the <strong>Thermometer</strong><br />

The first line of the display flashes for selection of meat type. Select the meat<br />

type using the setting dial and confirm by pressing the Set button. Choose from<br />

beef, veal, pork, lamb or poultry.<br />

Next select the desired consistency. The available settings depend on the meat<br />

type setting. Use the setting dial to choose and confirm by pressing the Set<br />

button.<br />
