FASEP Tool for Vocational Training : principles
‣Un outil financier d’aide publique au développement du Ministère de
l’Economie, des Finances et de l’Industrie, créé en 2009.
A financial development assistance tool of the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and
Industry, created in 2009.
‣Instrument de don (entre 100 et 300 k€ par projet).
Grant instrument (between 100 and 300 k€ per project)
‣Principe : cofinancement de prestations préparatoires à des actions
de formation professionnelle dans les pays en développement :
• Etude de faisabilité pour la création d’un centre de formation ;
• Réalisation de formations pilotes.
- dans le cadre d'un projet d'infrastructure précis ;
- ou dans le cadre plus général du développement d'un renforcement capacitaire
local (décideurs, maîtrise d’ouvrage…).
Principle : co-funding preparation of vocational training actions in developing countries:
•Feasibility study for the creation of a training center ;
•Implementation of pilot vocational training actions.
- Pursuant to a specific infrastructure project ;
- Or in the more general context of increasing local capacities (managers, project owners ...).
