Un instrument qui peut intéresser tout pays en développement ou en transition<br />
exprimant un besoin fort en matière <strong>de</strong> <strong>formation</strong> <strong>pro</strong>fessionnelle, en particulier<br />
les pays soumis à un stress hydrique important.<br />
Un instrument qui nécessite une forte implication politique <strong>de</strong>s autorités<br />
locales pendant la mise en œuvre du FASEP, mais aussi après la fin <strong>de</strong> l'étu<strong>de</strong> ou<br />
<strong>de</strong> la <strong>formation</strong> pilote.<br />
An instrument that can raise the interest of every <strong>de</strong>veloping or transitional country which<br />
expresses a strong need in matter of vocational training, in particular countries submitted to<br />
a high hydric stress.<br />
An instrument which requires a strong political involvement from local authorities during<br />
the FASEP implementation, but also after the end of the study or pilot training <strong>pro</strong>gram.<br />
