Presence of FIA priority drivers, FIA / <strong>ERC</strong> and drivers appointed by the organizer is<br />
compulsory.<br />

12.5.2.3 - START AREA / STARTING PARC FERME<br />
Before the start, the cars must be brought to a starting Parc Fermé, at JUAN LES PINS<br />
GOULD Square on Friday October 14 th , 2011 between 15.45 and 16.45, by notification.<br />
Vehicles can be presented by a person appointed by the competitor.<br />
Competitors whose cars are presented late will be penalised as follows:<br />
1 minute to 30 minutes: Euros 40<br />
more than 30 minutes: Euros 80<br />
more than 1 hour: Euros 230<br />
The starting park will be considered as PARC FERME.<br />
12.5.3 - STARTING SYSTEM OF SPECIAL STAGES<br />
On the Special Stages the start will be given by an electronic countdown system<br />
synchronised with a starting lights system.<br />
This countdown system, counting down by seconds is clearly visible to the crew from the<br />
start position.<br />
The clock of starting system shows the time under analogical form.<br />
