Only one «ASSISTANCE» car per competitor and a maximum of two «AUXILIAIRE»<br />
cars for competitors moral persons (teams) will be authorised in the Service Park.<br />
These vehicles must have the «ASSISTANCE» or «AUXILIAIRE» sticker affixed on<br />
the windscreen and present the entry ticket.<br />
CLEANNESS AND SECURITY OF YOUR STAND<br />
In the Service Park, all competitors and theirs service teams must:<br />
- Keep near to any racing car a fire extinguisher for A, B and C type fires of a<br />
minimum capacity of 5Kg, having been checked within the last 2 years.<br />
- Place under each racing car a waterproof and resistant to hydrocarbons ground<br />
sheet of a surface equal to that of the car at least (3mx5m minimum).<br />
- Take care of your waste removal when you leave the service park at the latest<br />
(rubbish bags will be distributed to your service teams).<br />
The penalty for fire extinguisher or waterproof ground sheet failure in the park is Euros<br />
200.<br />
The organizing committee thanks you in advance for your understanding of our marshalls<br />
who do their best to make sure that the rally takes place in good conditions and that<br />
everyone respects not only the regulations but everybody else as well.<br />
You are responsible for the behaviour of your service team members.<br />
The officials of the rally will verify the proper compliance with these requirements. Any<br />
infringement will be submitted to the Stewards who will determine the penalty to apply.<br />
SPEED IN SERVICE PARKS<br />
A maximum speed of 30 km/h is permitted into the Service parks, exceeding this speed<br />
shall result in a penalty given by the Stewards of the meeting.<br />
12.5.7 - RE-START AFTER RETIREMENT (SUPER RALLY)<br />
In accordance with FIA EUROPEAN RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP <strong>REGULATIONS</strong> 2011<br />
(article 39.6).<br />
The competitor must advise the Organizers or the Clerk of the Course of his intention to rescrutineer<br />
his car one hour prior to the the publication of the starting list for the next leg to<br />
be on the list: Leg 2: 23.00 at last, Leg 3: 22.30 at last.<br />
Crews wishing to re-start will have to be with their car at the park one (1) hour before the<br />
Starting Time Control of the next day.<br />
All crews who retire on the leg 1 must be:<br />
For the start of the Leg 2: at the Scrutineering with the car on Saturday October 15 th , 2011<br />
until 7.15 maximum.<br />
All crews who retire on the Leg 2 must be:<br />
For the start of the Leg 3: at the Scrutineering with the car on Sunday October 16 th , 2011<br />
until 6.00 maximum.<br />
12.5.8 - RETIREMENT - BREAKDOWN SERVICES - SUPER RALLY INFO<br />
12.5.8.1 - RETIREMENT<br />
In case of retirement, the competitor must notify the Clerk of the Course as quickly as<br />
possible by using the telephone number indicated on the information note given at the<br />
scrutineering and on page 44 of the present Supplementary Regulations. Any infringement<br />
will be submitted to the Stewards who will determine the sanction to apply.<br />
If the crew wants to re-start, they must complete the form included in the road-book, and<br />
submit it to the sweeping car, stating if they need a tow or break-down lorry.<br />
