The heating volume of the cookers in accordance with EN 12815, for buildings whose thermal insulation does not<br />

correspond to the provisions regarding heat protection, is:<br />

(30 Kcal/h x m 3 ) - favourable type of building: 387 m³<br />

(40 Kcal/h x m 3 ) - less favourable type of building: 290 m³<br />

(50 Kcal/h x m 3 ) - unfavourable type of building: 232 m³<br />

With thermal insulation in accordance with the regulations regarding energy saving, the heated volume is greater.<br />

With temporary heating, in the event of interruptions which last more than 8 hours, the heating capacity is reduced by<br />

about 25%.<br />

IMPORTANT: The power of the connected heating system must be proportional to the power transferred to<br />

the water by the thermocooker; a charge which is too low does not allow regular oven operation, while a<br />

charge which is too high prevents adequate radiator heating.<br />
