– le rhabdomyosarcome<br />
– le lymphome<br />
– le carcinome épidermoïde et<br />
l’adénocarcinome mais ces derniers sont<br />
rares chez l’adolescent.<br />
• Le diagnostic de certitude repose sur l’examen<br />
anatomo-pathologique, avec étude immunohistochimique.
