FAQ
Si vous constatez un dysfonctionnement dans la commande d’allumage et d’extinction des luminaires,
vérifiez que le câblage a été réalisé conformément au schéma de câblage.
Si le témoin LED reste rouge après installation du luminaire, vérifiez que vous avez bien rebranché la
batterie à l’intérieur du luminaire.

- J’ai un VOLTA100. Son niveau d’éclairement est très faible :
J’ai un VOLTA133. Seul un des deux tubes est allumé :
> Si la LED clignote vert, c’est qu’un test automatique est en cours. Il vise à vérifier le bon
fonctionnement du système de secours. Il faut patienter, l’éclairage reviendra à son niveau habituel
automatiquement en fin de test.
> Si la LED est éteinte, alors le luminaire est en mode secouru, alimenté par ses batteries, suite à un
dysfonctionnement du réseau d’alimentation.
- J’ai effectué un relamping, mais le témoin LED reste rouge :
Lancer systématiquement un test fonctionnel après relamping pour que la LED repasse au vert,
confirmant ainsi le bon fonctionnement du système. Appuyer 1 seconde sur le bouton rouge de test
qui se trouve dans le luminaire au niveau du connecteur, préalablement branché.
- Le clignotement vert du témoin LED ne s’arrête pas après 30 secondes de test fonctionnel :
Si le clignotement se prolonge, c’est que le test n’a pas pu se terminer. Les batteries n’étaient peutêtre
pas assez chargées. Il sera relancé automatiquement dans les 24h, et en cas de nouvel échec,
l’état de la LED vous l’indiquera, selon le code couleur décrit page 1.
- J’ai changé les batteries de mon luminaire, mais le témoin LED reste rouge :
Les batteries sont probablement montées à l’envers. Le fil rouge doit être sur le « + ».
In case of switch on-off malfunction, check first your connections according to the wiring instructions.
If the LED indicator keeps permanent red after commissioning, check battery connections inside the
luminaire.
- I have a VOLTA100. Lighting level is low:
I have a VOLTA133. Only one of the tubes is on:
> If the LED indicator blinks green, an automatic duration test is in progress. It is important to ensure
the good working order of the emergency system. Please wait, lighting will automatically recover its
usual level when the test is finished.
> If the LED indicator is off, the luminaire is in emergency mode, supplied by batteries, consequently to
a permanent supply failure.
- I made a relamping, but the LED indicator keeps red:
A manual function test must be systematically launched after relamping so that the LED indicator can
go green, confirming the good working order of the system. Press 1 second on the red button inside
the luminaire, next to the connector that must be connected beforehand.
- The green blinking of the LED does not stop after a 30 seconds function test:
This might be caused by a function test that could not go till its end; batteries were probably
discharged. The function test will be delayed and run automatically in the next 24 hours. If the unit fails
the second test, a battery fault will be indicated, according to the table page 4.
- I changed the batteries, but the LED indicator inside the luminaire keeps red:
Batteries connection poles may be inverted. Check that the red wire is connected to « + ».
