CONCLUSION • La dysplasie fibromusculaire est une entité rare maintenant bien mise en évi<strong>de</strong>nce par les métho<strong>de</strong>s d’imagerie non invasives (angio-scanner et Angio-IRM) au niveau <strong>de</strong>s artères rénales. • Elle se complique rarement d’ischémie rénale et <strong>de</strong> dissection anévrysmale. • La rupture d’anévrysme disséquant <strong>de</strong>s artères rénales est une entité très rarement décrite dans la littérature. Ces anévrysmes sont plutôt associés à un très faible taux <strong>de</strong> rupture. • Un traitement chirurgical est préconisé notamment <strong>de</strong>vant une évolutivité <strong>de</strong>s lésions.
