Precautions for use
• The Biboz bottle has a rigid plastic structure coated with flexible silicone.
This innovative assembly of materials that are healthy, pleasant to the touch
and ergonomic, requires certain precautions to be taken during use.
• Pressing on the silicone to help the baby drink is unadvised.
CLEANING
• Before first use, rinse all of the bottle parts with soapy water.
• After each use, separate each of the bottle parts and wash them carefully by hand
using a brush.
• Dishwasher cleaning must take place only occasionally to avoid affecting the quality
of your bottle, in particular the silicone, which could become worn more quickly.
• Do not use abrasive products, which may damage the bottle.
• Between uses, store the bottle and accessories in a dry, clean place away from light.
Sterilisation
• Before first use, the bottle should be sterilised. This can be done by separating
all of the bottle parts, either in a saucepan of boiling water or in a device specially
designed to sterilise bottles.
• This sterilisation process can be repeated on a regular basis as desired.
Heating
• The Biboz is well-suited for use with most steam and bain-marie based bottle
warmers. It is compatible with microwave heating after prior removal of the teat and
ring.
• With the Béaba Bib’secondes bottle warmer, the grey cross delivered with the
Bib’secondes is required for use. In the event of compatibility issues arising, please
contact the Béaba after-sales service.
For the health and safety of your child
WARNING!
• This product must always be used under adult supervision.
• Never use a bottle teat as a dummy.
• The extended and continuous suckling of liquid can cause dental cavities.
• Always check the temperature of the food before feeding.
• Keep all unused elements out of reach of children.
• Before each use, examine and pull on the bottle’s teat in all directions. Throw the teat
away at the first sign of deterioration or weakness.
• Do not expose a bottle’s teat to direct sunlight or heat.
• Do not leave standing in a disinfectant product (sterilisation solution) longer than the
recommended duration, as this may weaken the teat.
• Before first use, place and leave the product in boiling water for 5 minutes for hygiene
reasons.
• Clean the item before each use.
• Take special care when heating the bottle using a microwave. Always mix the food
after heating to guarantee uniform heat distribution and check the temperature
before feeding.
• Not to be used with a traditional oven.
• For health and safety reasons, it is recommended that the teat is replaced on a
regular basis.
