IntroductionLa Croissance démographique, le Développementéconomique <strong>et</strong> l’Amélioration du niveau de vie ont engendréune augmentation de la quantité <strong>et</strong> une complexité de laqualité <strong>des</strong> déch<strong>et</strong>s produits au maroc.C<strong>et</strong>te évolution n’a pas été accompagnée par <strong>des</strong> mesuresadéquates entraînant ainsi <strong>des</strong> eff<strong>et</strong>s négatifs sur la santé del’Homme <strong>et</strong> sur l’environnement en général.Pour remédier à c<strong>et</strong>te situation, le Maroc a entrepris,récemment, une série d’actions visant la mise en place <strong>des</strong>outils <strong>et</strong> de mécanismes nécessaires pour une gestionécologique de ce secteur (PNDM <strong>et</strong> proj<strong>et</strong> PDNDD)
PDNDD Le PDNDD a été élaboré conformément àla loi 28-00 sur les déch<strong>et</strong>s <strong>et</strong> son décr<strong>et</strong>d’application relatif aux modalitésd’élaboration de ce plan. Mise en place du Comité <strong>National</strong> <strong>des</strong>uivi du PDNDD.

Proj<strong>et</strong> CNEDS- Le proj<strong>et</strong> CNEDS a été développé dans lecadre de la coopération entre le Maroc <strong>et</strong>l’Allemagne.- Ce Centre représentera une grandeopportunité pour la mise à niveau de secteurindustriel marocain, qui est appelé à sepréparer aux accords de libre échange <strong>et</strong> àla mondialisation qui ont r<strong>et</strong>enu lacomposante « protection del’environnement » comme principal axe dedéveloppement <strong>des</strong> échanges entre lespays.
Consistances du CNEDSLe CNEDS sera composé de : Unité (s) de traitement physicochimique. Décharge (s) contrôlée(s). Unité de production decombustibles. Unités de solidifications. Centres de transferts.
Etat d’avancement du CNEDS- Etude de gisement <strong>des</strong> déch<strong>et</strong>s spéciaux <strong>et</strong>dangereux (réalisée).- Concepts technique, institutionnel, financier duCNEDS <strong>et</strong> choix <strong>des</strong> sites (en cours devalidation).Reste à faire :- Réalisation de l’étude de faisabilité approfondiedu CNEDS.- Elaboration <strong>des</strong> dossiers d’appels d’offres.
