V – 1 – 3 Activité d’expertise toxicologique sur les effetsconsécutifs à une exposition chronique ou retardée.L'équipe médicale reçoit également <strong>de</strong>s <strong>de</strong>man<strong>de</strong>s d'information et d'avis n'ayant pas uncaractère d'urgence extrême. Il s'agit en particulier <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>man<strong>de</strong>s concernant l'impact sur la santé lorsd'exposition chronique ou <strong>de</strong> risque toxique retardé. Certaines <strong>de</strong> ces <strong>de</strong>man<strong>de</strong>s consistent envéritables dossiers d'expertise et d'évaluation <strong>de</strong> risque ayant pour but d'ai<strong>de</strong>r le <strong>de</strong>man<strong>de</strong>ur dans sadémarche <strong>de</strong> prise <strong>de</strong> décision. Cette activité a consisté en :a) Evaluation du risque toxique fœtal et ai<strong>de</strong> à la décision thérapeutique auprès<strong>de</strong>s mé<strong>de</strong>cins obstétriciens et généralistesL’évaluation du risque fœtal après une exposition au cours <strong>de</strong> la grossesse <strong>de</strong> la mère est unproblème crucial et la prise <strong>de</strong> décision n'est pas toujours facile. Cette activité d'évaluation du risques'est développée en collaboration avec les mé<strong>de</strong>cins obstétriciens du C.H.R.U. <strong>de</strong> <strong>Lille</strong> et les mé<strong>de</strong>cins<strong>de</strong> la région.VI - Activités d’enseignement et <strong>de</strong> recherche en toxicologiecliniqueVI–1 Activité d'enseignement externe au serviceDeux enseignements <strong>de</strong> la toxicologie clinique ont été mis en place <strong>de</strong>puis 1999 :.
