The property issubject to a 3.5% NSR royalty, 1% of which is redeemablefor $1,000,000 and the issuance of 100,000 common sharesof the Company.On March 30, <strong>2009</strong>, the Company signed an amendment tothe March 7, 2007 agreement on the Matheson-Pelangioproperty by which its obligation to execute exploration workfor $47,000 before January 1 st , <strong>2009</strong>, is extended to June 1 st ,<strong>2009</strong>. In case of default, the Company commits itself to payto the mining titles holder a maximum amount of $25,000 onJune 1 st , <strong>2009</strong>, at the latest. On May 31, <strong>2009</strong>, the Companyhas realized its obligation to execute exploration work for$47,000.

Mining properties (cont’d)Uranium Nord/UN2Le 22 mars 2007, la Société a conclu une entente par laquelleelle peut acquérir un intérêt de 100 % dans la propriétéUranium Nord située dans le secteur central de la péninsuled’Ungava (Province de Québec). Pour acquérir un intérêtindivis de 50 %, la Société a versé 47 532 $ et, afind’acquérir l’intérêt additionnel de 50 %, elle devra émettre200 000 actions ordinaires d’une filiale détenue en propriétéexclusive qui sera constituée par la Société afin d’y transférerses actifs d’uranium. The property is subject to an NSR royalty of 1.5%,of which 0.75% is redeemable for $1,500,000.Matheson-ExplorersOn March 31, 2008, the Company concluded an optionagreement by which it can acquire a 50% interest in seventythree(73) claims in the Matheson-Explorers property(Province of Ontario) by issuing 2,166,667 common shares at$0.30 per share on the signature and 2,166,667 flow-throughwarrants exercisable at $0.45 per share for an eighteen month(18) period. Furthermore, the Company transfers a 50%interest in the Colbert property to the owner and has to spend$1,500,000 in exploration work over three (3) years. TheProperty is subject to NSR royalties of 3% to 4% which areapplicable on certain claims of which 1.5% to 2% isredeemable for $2,750,000.39
