Options and warrantsOptionsLa Société a instauré un régime d’options d’achat d’actionsen vertu duquel des options peuvent être accordées à ses dirigeants,administrateurs, employés ainsi qu’à des personnesfournissant des services continus à la Société. En vertu de cerégime, un maximum de 5 278 000 options d’achat d’actionsordinaires peuvent être octroyées. Le prix d’exercice desoptions, fixé par le conseil d’administration, ne peut êtreinférieur au cours de l’action de la Société le jour précédantla date d’octroi. Les options sont acquises graduellement surune période de dix-huit mois.Le sommaire de la situation du régime d’options d’achatd’actions aux 30 septembre 2009 et au 31 décembre 2008ainsi que des changements survenus dans les périodesterminées à ces dates est le suivant :OptionsThe Company has established a stock option plan pursuant towhich options to purchase common shares may be granted tocertain officers, directors and employees of the Company aswell as persons providing ongoing services to the Company.Under this plan, a maximum of 5,278,000 stock options maybe granted.
