La Commission Parents est l’interface entre la direction duLFS et les <strong>parents</strong> d’élèves. Elle représente les <strong>parents</strong>d’élèves dans plusieurs instances du LFS (Conseil Exécutif*,Comité <strong>de</strong> Gestion*, Conseil d’Etablissement*, Conseild’Ecole*, Conseil du 2 n<strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>gré*, C.E.S.C.* etc.),coordonne <strong>de</strong>ux sous commissions (la commission festivitéset le groupe humanitaire) et organise la gestion <strong>de</strong>séquipes <strong>de</strong> délégués <strong>parents</strong>Les représentants <strong>de</strong>s <strong>parents</strong> d’élèves <strong>de</strong> la CommissionParents d’Elèves sont <strong>au</strong> nombre <strong>de</strong> 4, siègent <strong>au</strong> Comite<strong>de</strong> gestion* et participent <strong>au</strong> processus <strong>de</strong> prise <strong>de</strong>décision lors <strong>de</strong>s réunions du Conseil Exécutif* où 2 <strong>de</strong> sesreprésentants, élus en Assemblée générale y siègent. Ilssont élus pour un mandat <strong>de</strong> 3 ans lors <strong>de</strong> l’assembléegénérale du LFS qui se réunit <strong>au</strong> mois d’octobre. We host regular coffeemornings and other social events to bring <strong>parents</strong> togetherin an informal social setting. Our network inclu<strong>de</strong>s <strong>parents</strong>of over 30 different nationalities. We meet twice monthlyfor coffee mornings and once a month for evening drinks.All are welcome to our growing group of bilingual Lyceefamilies.
