PTY Search
Program Type information can be searched for
by PTY.
1) Press [PTY] to view PTY on display. If the
current program has no PTY code, [NO
PTY] will be displayed. When [NO SIGNAL]
is on the display, PTY Search isn’t available.
2) When [PTY] button is pressed while a PTY is
displayed, you can scroll through all PTY
codes in the following order.
3) Briefly press [SEEK/TRACK ] or
[SEEK/TRACK ] while the desired PTY is
displayed, and PTY search will begin for
programs with the selected PTY in the
Service List (in automatic mode) or in the
DAB Channels (in manual mode).
NOTE:
If the specified PTY could not be found, the
unit displays [“NOTHING”], and then PTY
again. When [PTY SEEK] or [SEEK/TRACK] is
pressed, the same PTY is searched for again.

Mode Selection
Each time the [MODE] button is pressed for
less than 1.7 sec, provided if the vehicle has
been equipped with the respective device, the
mode changes as follows:
FM1 → FM2 → FM3 → CD/DVD →
CD/DVD CH → HDD → VTR → Bluetooth →
AUX → USB → AM → DAB → FM1
When the [MODE] button is pressed
continuously for more than 1.7 sec, the power
of the radio will be switched off.

Switching
Press button [ ] to switch to the next Service
that has been stored under the preset buttons
[1] to [6].
Press [ ] to switch to the previous Service
that has been stored under the preset buttons
[1] to [6].
