• Access road infrastructure that provides the main vehicular access to the passenger ferry terminal; • Vessel purchase and/or conversion, including retrofitting vessels to other alternative fuels (e.g. vessel retrofit to dual-fuel propulsion systems); and • Intelligent transportation systems in support of ferry services.
