PUREE MASHER OPTIONAL<br />

The puree masher is an optional accessory for the set machine 12 and 22. It is able to prepare potatoes or boiled pulses puree.<br />

The food product load in the hopper happens manually; always manually and with the pestle help the food product is driven<br />

towards the crushing roll.<br />

The puree masher application assembly on the machine is performed in the following phases (in exemplification way it is<br />

reported the machine with the basic body)<br />

1. Assemble the puree masher<br />

body 2 and tighten it with<br />

the block accessories knob<br />

inside the puree masher<br />

3. Assemble the closure<br />

4. Block the closure stopper 4<br />

5. Insert the hopper 6<br />

6. Arrange the salvage dump<br />

containers for the vegetable<br />
