BASELINE DEVELOPMENT
Energy baseline is a simple linear equation that
describes the correlation between level production and
energy needed. The existence of repair/improvement
can affect the value of intercept and slope of the energy
baseline.
When industry willing to replace equipment with
more efficient, then the intercept line will go down;
If the industry did the efficient operation pattern,
then the angle of slope line will go down;
