Konsole genannt, ist das Bindeglied zwischen 

Armatur und Stellantrieb. In Verbindung mit entsprechenden

verlustfreie Kraftübertragung. 

ACG Konsole bieten standardisierte Anschlußbilder

! The mounting bracket or so called mounting 

bridge is the connection between actuator and 

valve. Combined with the respective adaptors or 

so called coupling it ensures a in-line and lossfree 

power trasmission. 

The ACG mounting brackets offer standardized 

patterns according to DIN EN 15081-ISO5211- 

DIN3337 and an easy and fast connection of 

units of different manufacturers.

Wählen Sie eine Armatur aus, welche mit 

Endschalter oder Endschalterbox bestückt 

werden soll (ACG bietet eine auch Vielzahl 

an Armaturen an) 

Prüfen Sie, welches ISO-Bohrbild auf der 

Armatur vorhanden ist (z.B. F03, ....) bzw. 

welches Gewinde in die Welle der Armatur 

gebohrt werden kann (z.B. M5, M6 oder 

M8, ...) 

Wählen Sie die entsprechende Montagebrücke 

nach ISO (siehe unten) bzw. die 

Gewindegröße der Mitnehmerwelle aus 

(AVMB-0503-M5) 

Prüfen Sie bitte, ob Sie von ACG weiteres 

Zubehörmaterial benötigen können (z.B. 

Montagebleche für zylindrische Schalter, 

Schlitzinitiatoren, Endschalter, Boxen, 

Betätiger usw. oder ob Sie die benötigten 

Teile von Ihrem Endschalterlieferanten 

erhalten 

Kürzern Sie die Mitnehmerwelle auf das 

von Ihnen benötigte Maß und schrauben 

diese in die Armaturenwelle. In der Endposition 

wird die Mitnehmerwelle durch die 

mitgelieferte Mutter gekontert. Der Schlitz 

der Mitnehmerwelle muß mit der Stellung 

der Armaturen (AUF-ZU) übereinstimmen 

Montieren Sie die Montagebrücke entsprechend 

der in diesem Katalog abgebildeten 

Montagevorschläge

Choose a valve to be equipped with switches 

or switchbox (ACG also offers a wide 

range of valves - just ask our sales 

department) 

Check which ISO mounting pad (e.g. F03, 

....) is available and which thread is possible 

on your valve (e.g. M5, M6 or M8, ...) 

Choose the needed bracket according to 

ISO (see below) and the size of the stem 

extension screw (AVMB-0503-M5) 

Check if other accessory material from 

ACG is needed (e.g. mounting brackets 

for cylindrical or slot sensor, switchboxes, 

cams or if you will have all necessary 

items from your switch supplier 

Shorten the stem extension screw according 

to the dimensions needed and screw 

it into the stem. In the end position the slot 

in the stem extension screw should be 

equal to the position of the valve (OPEN- 

CLOSE). Fix the nut onto the stem 

extension screw. 

Mount the mounting bracket according to 

the mounting proposals featured in this 

catalogue.

Scegliete una valvola da equipaggiare

F03, ....) e la filettatura possibile da realizzare 

sulla Vostra valvola (e.g. M5, M6

Scegliete il bracket necessario ISO (vedi 

sotto) nonché la misura della vite estensione 

perno (AVMB-0503-M5) 

Verificate se bisognerá altro materiale da 

ACG (e.g. lamiere per montaggio finecorsa 

cilindrici o slot, box finecorsa, camme 

o se avrete tutto il materiale dal 

fornitore finecorsa 

Accorciate la vite estensione perno a secondo 

le Vs esigenze e fissatela nel perno 

valvola. Nella posizione finale la fessura 

della vite estensione perno deve rimanere 

parallelo al passaggio sfera 

(APERTO-CHIUSO). Fissate il controdado 

sulla vite estensione perno valvola. 

Montate il bracket secondo le proposte di 

montaggio dimostrateVi in questo 

catalogo.
