TRATTAMENTO DELL’IPERCALCEMIA<br />
FORME SEVERE Ca > 3mmol/l o > 12 mg/dl<br />
-Calcitonina in caso di ipercalcemia severa con sintomi<br />
neurologici, in fase acuta in alternativa all’emodialisi<br />
Dosaggio:<br />
100 UI (aumentabili fino a 400 UI) ogni 6-8 ore<br />
5-10 UI/Kg in 500 ml SF 0,9% da infondere ev in almeno 6 ore<br />
-Gallio nitrato se ipercalcemia resistente ai bifosfonati<br />
-Emodialisi se insufficienza renale o edema polmonare o<br />
calcemia > 4-5 mmol/l (> 18-20 mg/dl)
