Piegatura Bending
geometrica.
I metodi per piegare le tubazioni sono:
- piegatura a mano
- piegatura con piegatubi
Piegatura a mano
FASE 1 STEP 1
Segnare la
mezzeria della curva.
Mark the
middle of the bend.
FASE 2 STEP 2
Porre il tubo
nella pinza
curvatubi.
Put the pipe in
the pipe-bending
pliers.
One of the main advantages of the LaserMultiDalpex system
is the bending ease.
This great result could be obtained thanks to the laser technology
that assures highly resistant weldings also on thin
surfaces. In this way, it is possible to assure not only remarkable
mechanical features of the pipe, but also bending
ease and geometric stability.
The methods for bending the pipelines are:
- manual bending
- bending with tube bender
Manual bending
For pipes having small diameter and for wide bending
radii, the manual bending is the most rapid and efficient
method. The installer should verify that the pipe
has no squashing signs due to the bad bending performance.
Below is reported a table of the values of minimum
bending radii that can be obtained.
DIAMETRO ESTERNO (mm) 14 16 18 20 26 32 40 50 63
Bending with tube bender
In order to obtain smaller bending radii and/or using bigger-diameter
pipes, it is better to use the bending pliers as
shown below.
FASE 3 STEP 3
Azionare la leva
della pinza fino ad ottenere
l’angolazione voluta.
Start the pliers lever until
the desired bending is
obtained.
FASE 4 STEP 4
Alleggerire la cremagliera
per rilasciare il tubo.
Loosen the rack
for releasing the pipe.
POSA IN OPERA Laying
ATTENZIONE! WARNING!
profilato dellacorrispondente misura.
For each pipe diameter use the profiled tool
with the corresponding size.
