Qui di seguito si riportano una serie di direttive di posa in opera del sistema LaserMultiDalpex per garantire il suo perfetto
funzionamento e la necessaria durata negli anni.
Below are reported some instructions for laying the LaserMultiDalpex system, in order to assure its perfect operating and the
necessary long-life.
REGOLA 1 – Accoppiamento raccordi
Ogni accoppiamento di raccordi del sistema LaserMulti-
Dalpex maschio o femmina con altri raccordi (LaserMulti-
Dalpex o di altra marca e/o sistema), anch’essi conformi
alla norma ISO7, non richiede (anzi ciò può indurre malfunzionamenti)
l’utilizzo di materiali di tenuta aggiuntivi,
quali teflon, canapa, etc... La “costruzione” del filetto è tale
da garantire di per sé la tenuta dell’accoppiamento.
REGOLA 2 – Pressatura dei raccordi
La pressatura è da eseguire sull’impianto montato in tutte
le sue parti e privato da inutili sforzi che potrebbero compromettere
il suo corretto e duraturo funzionamento.
REGOLA 3 – Curvatura dei tubi
Per eseguire la curvatura dei tubi in modo adeguato, senza
sottoporli a tensioni dannose, si misurerà e marcherà
con esattezza il tubo e si eseguiranno le curvature a mano
o con l’utensile piegatubi. Si procederà alla pressatura
solo dopo aver montato correttamente il tubo, come mostrato
nei disegni che seguono.
REGOLA 4 – Montaggio raccordi a T
Per il montaggio dei raccordi a T si dovrà prima montare
la tubazione (1), fissarla (2) ed infine pressare le giunzioni
(3) come illustrato di seguito.
RULE 1 - Fitting coupling
Every coupling of fittings of the LaserMultiDalpex system
male or female with other fittings (LaserMultiDalpex or other
trade-mark and/or system), complying with the rule ISO7,
doesn’t require the use of additional tightening materials (on
the contrary, this could cause malfunctioning), like teflon,
hemp, etc.... The “construction” of the thread is such as to
assure the coupling tightness by itself.
RULE 2 - Fitting pressing
Pressing should be performed on the completely assembled
system without any useless efforts that could compromise its
correct and longlife operating.
RULE 3 - Pipe bending
For suitably bending the pipes, without making them undergo
harmful stresses, the pipe should be exactly measured
and marked and bending should be performed either manually
or with the tube bender. Pressing should be performed
only after having correctly assembled the pipe, as shown in
the drawings below.

RULE 4 - Union tee assembly
Before assembling the fittings tees, the pipeline should
be assembled first (1), secured (2) and then the junctions
should be pressed (3) as shown below.
