Il sistema di qualità adottato presso gli stabilimenti del Gruppo Dalpex
prevede una serie di test molto severi, atti a garantire che i prodotti
siano conformi ai requisiti prestazionali previsti dai più importanti enti
certificatori europei (DVGW, KIWA, UNI, CSTB, AENOR, SKZ).
Oltre 12 diversi controlli vengono effettuati in linea di produzione sul
100% dei materiali lavorati, mentre il laboratorio, tra i più attrezzati
d’Europa per il controllo sui sistemi di adduzione, grazie all’utilizzo dei
macchinari tecnologicamente più avanzati, effettua, tra le altre, prove di
tenuta in pressione e di rottura dei tubi, cicli di pressione per simulare i
colpi di ariete, cicli termici dei sistemi tubo/raccordo, al fine di garantire
un sistema affidabile, sicuro e duraturo.
L’intero processo organizzativo e produttivo è governato dai principi del-
la nuova norma ISO 9001:2000 (certificato DNV n.CERT-07194-2000-
AQFLR-SINCERT del 14/1/2003).
Il 5% della forza lavoro Dalpex è dedicato alla qualità di prodotto, di
sistema e di controllo, al fine di garantire la massima affidabilità nel
tempo ed il miglioramento continuo del processo industriale, fornendo al
mercato prodotti sempre più moderni e dalle elevate prestazioni.
The quality system adopted by Dalpex Group plants requests a large
number of very strict tests, as to guarantee that all our products are in
accordance with the requirements prescripted by the most important
European certifying corporations (DVGW, KIWA, UNI, CSTB, AENOR,
SKZ).
More than 12 different tests are being carried out during the production
on 100% of our products, whilst our laboratory, that is one of the best
equipped in Europe for testing of conduction systems, thanks to the
most technologically advanced machinery, carries out, amongst others,
tests of pressure resistance and breakage point of the pipes, pressure
cycles to simulate jackhammering, hot cycles of the system pipe/fitting,
as to guarantee a reliable, safe and time-lasting system.
The entire organizing and producing process is ruled by the principles
of the new norm ISO 9001:2000 (certificate DNV n. CERT-07194-2000-
AQFLR-SINCERT of the 14/1/2003).
5% of Dalpex employees are specifically dedicated to product quality,
system quality and control, to guarantee maximum time lasting reliability
and continuous development of industrial process, in order to give to the
market always better products with higher performances.
