Dispensa, sitografia e allegati corso autismo - Direzione Didattica II ...

Malgrado dal 1980 l’autismo sia riconosciuto come un Disturbo dello sviluppo, ancora oggi assistiamo ad
ingenti perdite di tempo e di denaro nel proporre delle terapie non funzionali a persone con questo disturbo,
ed ai loro genitori; ad esempio quelle terapie che si basano sull’assunto psicogeno, oppure quelle che
considerano la persona con autismo capace di “capire tutto” (e dunque le si parla normalmente) e che
abbisogna dunque di stimoli per “uscire” dal suo volontario isolamento.
