BOD (Biochemical Oxigen Demand)<br />
<strong>Caratteristiche</strong> <strong>delle</strong> <strong>acque</strong> <strong>reflue</strong><br />
Definizione: la domanda biochimica <strong>di</strong> ossigeno (BOD BOD) è la quantità <strong>di</strong><br />
ossigeno consumata dai microrganismi [biomassa], in con<strong>di</strong>zioni aerobiche,<br />
per poter procedere all’assimilazione e alla degradazione <strong>delle</strong> sostanze<br />
organiche biodegradabili [substrato] presenti nei liquami liquami.<br />

Osservazione: <strong>di</strong>re che un liquame ha un BOD <strong>di</strong> 500 mg/l significa che, per<br />
ottenere la<br />
