Eine lange, aber wunderschöne Bergtour für geübte Wanderer
durch die Bärenfalle auf den Schlern und zurück durch das sagenhafte
Tschamintal.
route: Parkplatz, Weißlahnbad (1200 m) – Weg Nr. 2 - Bärenfalle
- Tschafatschsattel (2069m) - Weg Nr. 2 auf Bergwiesen weiter
– Schlernhäuser (2457m) – Weg Nr. 4 - Tierser Alpl (2.440 m) –
Abstieg durch Bärenloch und Tschamintal Weg Nr.3 - Weißlahnbad.
Variante: Parkplatz, Weißlahnbad (1200 m) – Tschamintal Weg
Nr. 3 –Bärenloch – Tierser Alpl Hütte (2440 m) – zurück auf dem
gleichen Weg (1200 m – 5h).

Una lunga, ma bellissima escursione per escursionisti allenati attraverso
l’Orsara sullo Sciliar e rientro attraversando la favolosa
Valle di Ciamin.
itinerario: Parcheggio, Lavina Bianca (1200 m) – sentiero
n. 2 – orsara – sentiero n. 2 attraverso alpeggi – Rif. Bolzano
(2457 m) – sentiero n. 4 – Rif. Alpe di Tires (2.440 m)– discesa attraverso
la fossa dell’orso – sentiero n. 3 – Val Ciamin – Lavina Bianca.
Variante: Parcheggio, Bagni di Lavina Bianca (1200 m) – Val
Ciamin – sentiero n. 3 – Fossa dell’orso – Rif. Alpe di Tires (2440 m) –
rientro come andata (1200 m-5h).
