Warranty conditions<br />

Dear Customer,<br />

we would like to congratulate you for the purchase you’ve made, certain that the product you<br />

have chosen will guarantee your utmost satisfaction. For your comfort, we wish to summarize<br />

the warranty conditions valid for the product you have purchased.<br />

- The warranty is valid from the date of purchase documented on the valid fiscal document<br />

(receipt or invoice) for the period established by the current laws (Leg. Decree of 02.02.2002<br />

no. 24 which implements Directive 1099/44/EC) or, in other words, for 24 months (in case you<br />

have purchased the product with a receipt) or for 12 months (if you have purchased it with<br />

an invoice).<br />

- If a valid fiscal document is missing (receipt or invoice), you cannot benefit of the warranty<br />

rights. Please be reminded that the fiscal document MUST specify the purchased product,<br />

besides the amount.<br />

- The right to receive customer service must be exercised with the retailer where you have<br />

purchased the product.<br />

- The seller is responsible for any defects of non-compliance that appear within the term of<br />

24 months from the date the product is delivered to you, provided that the non-compliance<br />

is reported within two months from when you first noticed it. It is customarily the consumer’s<br />

responsibility to prove that he/she has purchased the product from the seller, the date of purchase<br />

and the presence of any non-compliances at the time the product is delivered.<br />

- It is a sound practice to store the package and all the accessories contained in it intact, because<br />

should the product need to be sent to a technical lab, it is advisable to use the original<br />

intact package with all the accessories.<br />

- We recommend that you ship the product via carrier or insured postal package.<br />

- This warranty does not cover the accessories, such as the brushes, cables or filters.<br />

- The service under warranty is carried out so that the defective parts are replaced or repaired<br />

free of charge.<br />

- The service carried out under warranty does not extend the warranty term, nor do they start<br />

a new warranty period.<br />

- Any claims outside the scope of these conditions, for damages external to the product, cannot<br />

be accepted.<br />

- We reject claims for damages during the warranty period: if improper or poor maintenance<br />

has been carried out; if the product is improperly installed, or if it is connected to an AC socket<br />

with incorrect voltage; if repairs have been carried out by unauthorized persons; if the product<br />

has not been transported in an appropriate package, causing damage during its transport.<br />

- We do not accept claims for damages: if the serial number has been removed; if the product<br />

has been damaged during transport.<br />

- The warranty is only valid for the first buyer and cannot be transferred to anyone else.<br />

- This product has been developed for domestic use.<br />
