Pour un lit supplèmentaire dans une chambre à deux lits une majoration
du prix de la chambre pouna ètre appliquèe. De toute façon le lit
supplémentaire ne peut ètre placé que dans les chambres ayant des
dimensions adéquates, et sur demande du client. Les touristes qui
constateraient l’application de prix supérieurs à ceux indiquès sur ce guide
et qui n’obtiendraient pas satisfaction de la part de l’hòtelier peuvent
présenter une reclamation à l’Assessorato Provinciale del Turismo (Office
Provincial du Tourisme).
Toute réclamation concernant les prestations de l’hòtel doit étre adressée à
la Mairie de l’endroit.
HOTEL PRICES
The information about the hotels listed in this year-book is given on the
basis of the price statement presented by the hotel-managers (L.R.n
22/1984).
Room prices must not be higher than the prices shown at the reception
desk and in the rooms.
According to the current legislation, prices may change from June 1st.
Breakfast is optional. It is charged as an extra, and it must be requested by
guests. When an extra bed is added in a room with twin beds, an additional
charge may be applied. In any case extra beds may only be added to rooms
of adequate size and only when guests specifically request it.
Hotel guests who have been asked to pay higher prices than those shown
here and are not satisfied by the management’s explanation, may write a
formal complaint, with documentary evidence, to the relative Assessorato
Provinciale del Turismo (Provincial Tourist Board). Complaints regarding bad
service should be presented to the Town Hall.
