4.3.1 Invio delle notifiche avvocato-avvocato<br />
La funzione consente ad un avvocato <strong>di</strong> inviare ad un altro avvocato una notifica o una<br />
comunicazione, sotto forma <strong>di</strong> documento informatico.<br />
La busta pre<strong>di</strong>sposta dall’avvocato localmente contiene le informazioni <strong>di</strong> instradamento<br />
dell’atto (file InfoNotifica.xml) e l’atto informatico cifrato (file Notifica.enc).<br />
Il PdA verificata la correttezza della struttura della busta caricata dall’avvocato crea un<br />
identificativo univoco (a livello PdA) dell’atto informatico da inoltrare (IdMsgPdA)<br />
aggiornando il file InfoNotifica.xml; infine crea e firma la busta da inviare al <strong>GC</strong>.<br />

Gestore Centrale è illustrata nella figura che segue:<br />
