“M” series floor-standing mixers - Mischer zur bodenaufstellung serie “M”
I miscelatori ‘bordo macchina’ della serie “M” sono adatti alla miscelazione di materiali plastici in granulo con master, additivi e rimacinati. Questi
miscelatori, con capacità da 120 a 330 litri sono adatti ad essere posizionati a lato macchina grazie alle contenute dimensioni e alla facilità di essere
movimentati poichè montati su ruote girevoli con freno. Uno sportello di carico incernierato superiormente consente un facile riempimento manuale dall'alto.
Il prelievo del materiale miscelato è previsto con sonda di aspirazione.
CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE:

• Serranda di scarico inferiore con fine-corsa di sicurezza;
• Sistema di miscelazione del tipo ‘a fontana’ con coclea in acciaio intubata comandata da gruppo motoriduttore trifase;

“M” series floor-standing mixers are designed
to operate the mixing of plastic materials
such as masterbatch, additives, regrind
and virgin materials in granule form.
The mixer capacities range from 120 to 330
litres, due to the unit dimensions, as they are
fitted with swivelling wheels and brakes,
they can be easily placed beside machines.
The cover lid is hinged for easy opening
when manual material filling is required. A
built-in steel screw inside a pipe operates a
‘fountain’ mixing of the materials. A suction
probe holder is arranged for material suction
operated by vacuum hopper loaders.
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
• Top hinged filling door with safety switch;
• Bottom discharge slide gate for mixer
emptying and cleaning and is fitted with
a safety switch;
• Built-in mixing screw driven by electrical
motor and gear box;
• Microprocessor-based control panel fitted
with display and keyboard for setting

Die Beistellmischer der Serie “M” sind konstruiert um Kunststoffe wie z. B. Masterbatch, Additive, Mahlgut und
Neuware miteinander zu vermischen. Die Leistung der Mischer geht von 120 bis 300 l. Entsprechend der
Dimension der Anlagen sind sie mit leicht beweglichen und drehbaren Rollen inkl. Bremsen ausgestattet und
können daher auch leicht neben der Produktionsmaschine aufgestellt werden. Der Deckel des Mischers ist zur
manuellen Befüllung noch zusätzlich mit einer weiteren Einfüllöffnung ausgestattet. Die in einem Rohr eingebaute
Schnecke lässt das zu mischende Material wie in einem Springbrunnen bewegen. Eine Halterung für die
Absauglanze ist vorgesehen um das „Mischgut“ auf die Produktionsmaschine zu saugen.

“MVP” series vertical mixers - Vertikal mischer serie “MVP”
I miscelatori verticali della serie “MVP” sono
adatti alla miscelazione di elevate quantità
di materiali plastici in granulo. La costruzione
in acciaio verniciato esternamente è
robusta e l’unità è supportata a terra da 4
gambe.
L'azionamento della coclea di miscelazione
avviene tramite motore elettrico trifase 4-poli
con trasmissione a cinghie trapezoidali. Il
carico manuale avviene tramite opportuna
tramoggia di carico con griglia di protezione
e di supporto ai sacchi. Completano l’allestimento
dei vari modelli i carter di protezione,
sportelli di ispezione, spie visive, scarico
riciclo, scarico materiale ad apertura
manuale. La gamma comprende dimensioni
da 500 a 16000 litri.

MVP 1500

“MVP” series vertical mixers are designed to mix large quantities of plastic granules. Their capacities range
from 500 to 16000 litres volume. The series has a solid steel structure (outer painted) and robust construction
on 4 supporting legs. A built-in mixing screw within a pipe for ‘fountain’ mixing is driven by 3-phase 4-pole
motor with trapezoidal transmission belt. Manual feeding is made through a proper feeding hopper fitted with
a protection grid suitable to support plastic bags during emptying. The units are fitted with inspection doors or
openings, sight glasses, material drain pipe and material discharge at the base.

Die Vertikalmischer der Serie “MVP” sind
entwickelt worden um große Leistungen
(Kunststoffmischungen) zu fahren.
Die Leistung (Volumen) dieser Mischer reicht von
500 bis 16.000 l. Die „MVP“ Mischer Serie ist
als solide bzw. robuste Stahlkonstruktion gefertigt
und auf 4 abstützenden Füßen aufgestellt. Die in
einem Rohr eingebaute Schnecke vermischt das
Material wie in einem Springbrunnen und wird
mit einem Drehstrommotor mit trapezförmigem
Antriebsriemen angetrieben. Die manuelle
Befüllung wird durch einen geeigneten Trichter
durchgeführt. Dieser Einfülltrichter ist mit einem
Gitter geschützt, das gleichzeitig das leichte
Entleeren von Plastiksäcken ermöglicht. Die
Mischer sind komplett mit Inspektionstüren,
Sichtgläsern, Materialabsaugrohr und mit einer
Materialauslassöffnung am Boden ausgestattet.

CONTENITORI DI STOCCAGGIO SERIE C E CQ
“C” and “CQ” Storage Bin series - Lagerbehälter type “C” und “CQ”
I contenitori di stoccaggio serie C e CQ sono completamente in acciaio inox e di diverse dimensioni per permettere lo stoccaggio di materiale in granulo
a lato macchina o per installazioni centralizzate. Le dimensioni standard vanno da 100 a 1700 litri nella serie “C” e da 2000 a 14000 litri nella
serie “CQ”. Nella serie C i modelli più piccoli sono dotati di quattro gambe di supporto su ruote girevoli con freno e dotati di struttura trasportabile con
carrelli elevatori, e sono dotati di griglia di supporto sacchi. Tutti i modelli sono completi di serranda di scarico, un tubo di inserimento sonda d’aspirazione,
coperchio di chiusura.
A richiesta sono disponibili coperchi con possibilità di predisposizione per montaggio alimentatori automatici, sensori di livello materiale, cassetti di
aspirazione multi-vie. La serie CQ sono speciali contenitori di stoccaggio modulari a sezione quadra per volumi superiori a quelli standard indicati.
The storage bins “C” and “CQ” series are made of stainless steel with different sizes to allow the storage of raw materials beside processing machines
or for centralised systems. The standard “C” series has capacities ranging between 100 and 1700 litres, while the “CQ” ranging between 2000 and
14000 litres. The smaller models of the “C” series are fitted with four supporting legs with swivelling wheels with brakes with a proper structure suitable
to transport them by forklift or transpallet. Smaller bins are also fitted with a grid to support bags during emptying. All “C” models are fitted with
bottom discharge, suction wand holder and cover lid.
Upon request, cover lids with proper fittings to fix automatic hopper loaders, material level sensors and multiple-way suction boxes are available. The
“CQ” series is a modular squared storage bin series with larger volumes than the “C” series.

Die Lagerbehälter der Serie “C” und „CQ“ sind aus Edelstahl gefertigt. Unterschiedliche Größen der
Lagerbehälter erlauben die Lagerung des Rohmaterials neben der Produktionsmaschine oder auch für
Zentralförderanlagen. Die Standardbehälter haben ein Volumen von 100 bis 1700 l (Serie „C“) und von 2000
bis 14000 l (Serie „CQ“).
Die kleineren Lagerbehälter sind mit 4 Füßen inklusive schwenkbarer Rollen mit Bremse ausgestattet. Außerdem
lassen sich diese Lagerbehälter aufgrund der Konstruktion auch leicht mit einem Hubstapler transportieren.
Kleinere Behälter haben zusätzlich ein Gitter eingebaut, um das leichte Entleeren aus Säcken zu gestatten.
Alle Lagerbehälter sind mit einer am Boden angebrachten Entleerungsöffnung ausgestattet, ebenso mit einer
Halterung für eine Sauglanze und Deckel.
Auf Wunsch können die Deckel mit Öffnungen versehen werden, um geeignete Fördergeräte aufzubauen.
Ebenso gibt es auf Wunsch Füllstandsmelder und einfach- bzw. mehrfach Absaugboxen. Letztlich sind noch
modulare Behälter mit größerem Fassungsvermögen als vorhin beschrieben erhältlich (Serie „CQ“).
