In molti processi della lavorazione delle materie plastiche, i dosatori gravimetrici svolgono ormai un ruolo fondamentale: pesano e regolano l'esatto
peso di ciascuno dei componenti al loro ingresso nel processo di lavorazione.
Sono disponibili oltre 76 modelli per dosare e miscelare fino a 12 componenti per una portata fino a 2270 kg/h.
Il funzionamento è semplice: basta riempire le tramogge di dosatura con materiale vergine, rimacinato, colorante e additivi in granuli, impostare la percentuale
desiderata tramite l’apposito tastierino. A questo punto accendendo l'unità di controllo, il dosatore lavorerà automaticamente dosando i singoli
componenti nelle corrette percentuali. In caso di esaurimento dei materiali verrà attivato un allarme sonoro.
I dosatori gravimetrici sono di facile installazione e la logica avanzata, si autoregola correggendo automaticamente gli errori di dosatura, in modo da
mantenere le proporzioni impostate tra i componenti sempre costante.
In any plastic processing facility, gravimetric blenders play a unique role.
They control and measure the exact weight of each material component as it enters the process. 76
models are available to blend up to 12 components at rates up to 2.270 kg/h. Operation is very simple:
fill hoppers with regrind, virgin material, colour and additive, set the thumbwheel switches, or by
the keypad, for percentages desired. Then, turn the controller on and the unit operates automatically,
adding components in the proper percentages. If material runs out, an alarm will sound.
Gravimetric blenders are easy to install and the advanced software can detect small dosing mistakes
and correct them automatically, maintaining the set ratio between all of the components.
In vielen kunststoffverarbeitenden Produktionsprozessen spielen die gravimetrischen Dosiergeräte eine
wesentliche Rolle, denn sie steuern und messen das exakte Gewicht aller Materialkomponenten direkt
vor deren Verarbeitung. Mehr als 76 Modelle sind erhältlich und können bis zu 12 Komponenten bei
einem Durchsatz von bis zu 2.270 kg/h dosieren und mischen.
Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach: Füllen Sie die Trichter mit Neumaterial, Mahlgut, Farbstoff und
Additiven in Granulatform. Stellen Sie den gewünschten Prozentsatz über die dafür vorgesehene
Tastatur ein. Schalten Sie die Steuerung ein.
Das Gerät dosiert jetzt automatisch die einzelnen Komponenten mit den korrekten Prozentanteilen. Bei
Materialmangel wird ein akustisches Signal ausgelöst.
Gravimetrische Dosiergeräte sind einfach anzubringen und die fortschrittliche Fehlerkorrektur entdeckt
sogar geringste Fehler und führt eine Korrektur durch, damit das Mischungsverhältnis stets perfekt ist.

All material contact surfaces are easily accessed for rapid material change, removable weigh bins for quick access to the mixing chamber, the mixing
blades and stainless steel liner are removable for easy cleaning, and minor ingredient hoppers are removable for fast colour or additive change.
Many options are available to get the most out of the blending system, such as blender stands: box stands, barrel stands and vacuum take-off stands,
provide stable platforms for off-the-machine blending. A powerful tool for advanced materials management is the optional Gravimetric Gateway
Networking Software (G2).

dosatura gravimetrica nel trattamento delle plastiche con macchine di piccole dimensioni.
Sono disponibili 5 modelli per dosare e miscelare fino a 4 componenti con una portata fino a 64 kg/h, disponendo di tramogge asportabili per un
veloce e pratico cambio del materiale. L’unità di controllo del miscelatore viene installata in posizione remota per fornire un facile accesso all'operatore.

WSBMB SERIES MICRO BLENDERS
The WSB-MB MicroBlender, the smallest weigh scale blender
of the whole range, features the latest technology,
making the benefits of gravimetric blending affordable to
plastics processors operating small machines.
The MicroBlender, available in 5 models, is able to blend up
to 4 components at a rate of 64 kg/h with batch size of 0.4
kg and all material hoppers are removable for fast and convenient
material changes.
The batch gravimetric blender controller is remotely mounted,
providing easy access for the operator, ideal for small
processing machines.
