I dosatori WSB Serie 400 sono realizzati per soddisfare diversi tipi di miscelazione con quantità di materiale trattato fino a 650 kg/h ed una capacità
di carico di 4 kg. Questi dosatori, disponibili in 12 modelli, sono in grado di dosare fino a 8 componenti, hanno un peso contenuto ed una tramoggia
rimovibile per una veloce e facile pulizia.
La Serie 400 presenta caratteristiche di flessibilità nel installazione che può avvenire sulla macchina per capacità medie, in prossimità della stessa per
un facile accesso o su un speciale supporto per la dosatura centralizzata.
Ideali per piccole presse ad iniezione, piccoli estrusori, dosaggio centralizzato.
WSB 400 SERIES WEIGH SCALE BLENDERS
The WSB 400 Series Blenders can be applied to meet the requirements of a variety of blending applications, with throughputs ranging up to 650 kg/h
and with batch size of 4 kg. These blenders are available in 12 models and have the capability of blending up to 8 components and are available with
lightweight and removable hoppers for fast, easy cleanout.
The 400 Series is flexible and suitable for on-the-throat applications for medium sized throughputs, next to the machine for easy access or on a specialized
stand for central blending. Ideal for injection moulders, small extruders and central blending.

Die Dosierer der Serie WSB 400 wurden entwickelt, um die Anforderungen einer Vielzahl von Mischungsarten mit Materialmengen bis zu 650 kg/h
bei einer Ladekapazität von 4 kg zu erfüllen. Diese in 12 Modellen lieferbaren Dosiergeräte sind in der Lage, bis zu 8 Komponenten zu mischen, haben
ein geringes Gewicht und einen abnehmbaren Trichter für eine schnelle und leichte Reinigung.
Die Serie 400 erlaubt eine flexible Installation, die auf der Maschine für mittlere Kapazitäten, in der Nähe der Maschine für einen leichten Zugriff sowie
auf einem Spezialgestell für eine zentralisierte Dosierung erfolgen kann. Ideal für kleine Einspritzpressen, kleine Extruder und die zentralisierte
Dosierung.

di carico di 9 kg. Questi dosatori, disponibili in 21 modelli, sono in grado di dosare fino a 8 componenti e hanno tramogge a due, quattro o sei
scomparti e fino a sei dosatori a coclea.
Ideali per grandi estrusori, linee di estrusione per film in bolla, dosaggio centralizzato.

of 9 kg. These blenders are available in 21 models and have the capability of blending up to 8 components and have hoppers with 2, 4 or 6 sections
and up to 6 auger feeder.
Ideal for large extruders, large central blending systems, blow film extrusion lines and multiple component plastic recycling applications.
