Si può solo ricordare, a titolo d’esempio, che più recentemente, in questa veste viene citato da Jean Jehasse, contestu<strong>al</strong>mente <strong>al</strong>la menzione dell’esemplare posseduto da Montaigne (Guez de B<strong>al</strong>zac et Le Génie Romain, 1597-1654, Saint-Étienne, Université de Saint-Étienne 1977, p. 97) e d<strong>al</strong> «Journ<strong>al</strong> de la Renaissance» (I, 2000, p. 344), che recepisce nel titolo la <strong>di</strong>stinzione tra autore e traduttore, facendola v<strong>al</strong>ere per entrambe le e<strong>di</strong>zioni (1556 e 1567).
