Nuova saldatrice multi-processo<br />
ESAB presenta Rebel EMP 215ic, la sua nuova saldatrice portatile<br />
da 120 V-230 V, C.C./C.V. che offre prestazioni dell’arco<br />
multi-processo, flessibilità di ubicazione, massima portabilità e<br />
un’innovativa interfaccia dell’operatore. La funzione esclusiva<br />
sMIG (“smart MIG”) consente agli utenti di iniziare a saldare a<br />
MIG con un arco estremamente stabile semplicemente impostando<br />
lo spessore del metallo e il diametro del filo. Contrariamente<br />
ad altre macchine, non richiede l’inserimento di informazioni<br />
sulle miscele di gas di protezione.<br />

care la saldatura per i principianti o per consentire agli operatori<br />
più esperti di mettere a punto i parametri. Gli operatori<br />
interagiscono con Rebel utilizzando un controllo esclusivo<br />
che combina le tradizionali regolazioni dei parametri di saldatura<br />
con la funzionalità di uno smartphone (il display a colori<br />
da 4,3” utilizza, di fatto, la stessa tecnologia LCD a transistor<br />
a film s<strong>ott</strong>ile (TFT) impiegata negli smartphone).<br />
New Multi-process Welding System<br />
ESAB introduces the Rebel EMP 215ic, a 120V-230V, a new CC/<br />
CV welding system that offers multi-process arc performance, location<br />
flexibility, lightweight portability and a groundbreaking operator<br />
interface.<br />
A unique sMIG (“smart MIG”) function enables users to begin MIG<br />
welding – with an extremely stable arc – just by <strong>sett</strong>ing metal thickness<br />
and wire diameter. Unlike competitive units, there is no need<br />
to enter information for shielding gas mix.<br />
The Rebel has two operating modes, Basic and Advanced, that<br />
make welding easy for beginners or lets those with more experience<br />
fine tune parameters. Operators interact with the Rebel using<br />
a unique control that combines traditional weld parameter<br />
adjustments with the functionality of a smart phone (in fact, the<br />
4.3-inch color display uses the same thin-film transistor (TFT) LCD<br />
technology found in smart phones).<br />

diametro da 1 a 8 mm. È composto da un aspo svolgitore folle frizionato<br />
meccanicamente con regolazione a trapezio interno matassa,<br />
da un gruppo di pre-raddrizzature con 5 rotelle folli registrabili<br />
manualmente, da un gruppo raddrizzatore rotante motorizzato<br />
a giri variabili con boccole, da un gruppo di trascinamento con<br />
3 coppie di rotelle motorizzate a velocità regolabile tramite inverter,<br />
da un encoder per determinare la lunghezza di taglio, da un<br />
gruppo di taglio con sega rotativa. Avanzamento taglio tramite vite,<br />
blocco pinza pneumatico per taglio senza sbavature e un evacuatore<br />
e un gruppo di raccolta barre completano il quadro descrittivo.<br />

VM/RFTS2. It is projected for straightening and cutting of tubes with<br />
diameters from 1 to 8 mm. The machine is equipped with: a mechanically<br />
clutch pay-off reel with adjustment of diameter of the coil,<br />
a pre-straightening group equipped with 5 wheels in neutral, manually<br />
adjustable, a motorized rotating group with rollers with variable<br />
rotation, a dragging unit composed by 3 groups of motorized<br />
wheels with variable speed through inverter, an encoder to define<br />
the lenght of cutting, a saw blade cutting unit. Tube progression<br />
system by screw, pneumatic plier for tube blocking to avoid burrs,<br />
