cutting no ID-scarf
The TCT saw blades for flying cut-off applications
by Kinkelder include a specific
series - SpeedMaster ® - for single
and twin cut-off of no ID-scarf. When
HSS coated saw blades can no longer be
used, as they do not reach the desired
speed, SpeedMaster ® saw blades provide
an effective solution. The high speed
of the cutting line is ensured by very short
cutting times. The cutting surface is extremely
smooth and burr free.
SpeedMaster ® are especially indicated
when using cut-off machines for single or
twin cutting of small or no ID-scarf, or when
cutting tubes with a tensile strength up to
1,800 N/mm 2 . •
