Gli accoppiatori Ultra Heavy Duty sono<br />
disponibili in acciaio inox con punti di<br />
contatto sempre in acciaio inox così da<br />
consentire di saldare materiali inusuali<br />
senza pericolo di contaminazione. Tutti<br />
gli accoppiatori sono forniti nella loro<br />
cassetta con co<strong>dic</strong>e colorato duraturo.<br />
Per applicare la corretta tensione alla<br />
catena (150 nm), su richiesta gli accoppiatori<br />
possono essere forniti con una<br />
chiave dinamometrica.<br />
Sia gli accoppiatori Heavy Duty che gli<br />
Ultra Heavy Duty garantiscono un allineamento<br />
di precisione. I doppi segmenti<br />
di serraggio, disposti lungo il<br />
diametro esterno del tubo, assicurano<br />
infatti un preciso allineamento e la correzione<br />
dei diametri interni ed esterni<br />
dei tubi con una tolleranza di 0,5 mm.<br />
Entrambi gli accoppiatori possono poi<br />
correggere i tubi in entrambe i lati della<br />
giunzione di saldatura fino a tubi di<br />
schedula 40 (per il primo tipo accioppiatore)<br />
e 80 (per il secondo) e allineare<br />
qualsiasi schedula di tubi, curve, raccordi<br />
a “T” e altri raccordi.<br />
L’accoppiatore a catena può essere utilizzato<br />
per allineare e correggere curve,<br />
giunti a “T” e altri raccordi che accoppiatori<br />
a gabbia difficilmente riuscirebbero<br />
a gestire. Un singolo accoppiatore<br />
copre il range di otto accoppiatori a<br />
gabbia.<br />
Da segnalare infine che curve, raccordi<br />
a “T” e altri raccordi possono essere<br />
bloccati in modo sicuro durante l’al-<br />

Both Heavy Duty clamps and Extra<br />
Heavy-Duty clamps grant precision alignment.<br />
The double jackbars, spaced around<br />
the outside diameter of the pipe, provide<br />
concise alignment and reforming of the internal<br />
or external diameters of both pipes<br />
within 0.5 mm.<br />
The two types of clamps can reform pipes<br />
on both sides of the weld joint to Schedule<br />
40 pipe (Heavy Duty clamps) and 80 (Extra<br />
Heavy-Duty clamps) and align any wall<br />
schedule of pipe, elbows, tees and other fittings.<br />
The chain clamp can be used to align, and<br />
reform elbows, tees and other fittings that<br />
a cage clamp can not manage. One<br />
chain clamp covers the range of eight<br />
cage clamps.<br />
Last but not least, elbows, tees and other<br />
fittings can be held safely and securely in<br />
place during alignment<br />
with the level and support<br />
device.<br />
