Our hiking trails are at their best in time for the start of spring. To present the varied<br />
range of hikes on offer to visitors, a number of guided hikes are available. The €75<br />

“Perle delle Alpi”. Preparatevi ad esplorare parti dell’Alta Via di Merano e di Tirolo nonché<br />
il Sentiero Europeo E5 e il percorso circolare “Kummersee”. Il pacchetto prevede<br />
inoltre una visita guidata alle gallerie della miniera di Monteneve, un tempo la miniera<br />
più alta d’Europa, con pernottamento in baita, e una visita al nuovo BunkerMooseum<br />
a Moso. Per finire, ci aspetta un’escursione a Racines con visita al Museo delle Miniere.<br />
Grazie alla “museummobil Card” si possono utilizzare tutti i mezzi di trasporto pubblico<br />
e visitare numerosi musei della provincia. È compresa anche una cartina escursionistica<br />
della Val Passiria.<br />
Since October 2009, the Upper Passeier Valley and the community of Moos in<br />
Passeier have been part of the “Pearls of the Alps” network. Explore stretches of the<br />
Meran and Tirol high mountain trails, plus the E5 hiking trail and the path around<br />
Lake Kummersee. Along with a visit to the new “Bunker Mooseum” in Moos, one of<br />
the highlights of the package is a guided tour of what was once the highest mine in<br />
Europe on the Schneeberg, with a trip down the tunnels and an overnight stay in a<br />
hut on the mountain. The package is rounded off with a hike to Ratschings and a<br />
visit to its mining museum. The “museummobil card” entitles holders to use all forms<br />
of public transport in South Tyrol as well as to visit a number of museums in the<br />
region. The package also includes a Passeier Valley hiking map.<br />

Autumn is dedicated to culinary treats! On the Sunday the Upper Passeier Valley<br />
landlords invite visitors to partake in the “Bauernkuchl” event at which traditional<br />
dishes are served. A hike to Walter Moosmair’s organic farm and visit to the farmstead<br />
where you can taste his hay soup is the next event during this week, which is rounded<br />
off by a typical Törggele evening, where you can sample the new wines.<br />
