The design features Walnut slabs from fallen trees during Hurricane Sandy in 2013. After three years of kiln drying, the wood was moved to the site of the project in Pompton Plains, NJ, for installation. According to the company’s press release, General Manager and Master Carpenter Anthony Saraceno is the company’s primary designer and the creative brains behind the operation.
