CANFER Label Requirements CANFER requires similar labels as TSCA Title VI but they must include a French language statement of compliance. Assuming you are TSCA Title VI compliant, your panel label must include the statement “TSCA Title VI compliant / conforme au titre VI de la TSCA” and either the name of the third-party certifier that certified the composite wood panels or the number that the United States Environmental Protection Agency assigned to it. Component or finished goods must have the same bilingual statement but do not include the TPC details. Unlike TSCA Title VI, there are also specific labeling format requirements that include the label having good color contrast, be ≥2mm type height, and be clearly distinguishable from other graphic material on the package. The Amish company had clean designs in bedroom and dining room that retailers were seeking. Sales met expectations. Copeland Furniture reported keen interest in its Lisse Collection that was introduced in October. The solid Walnut dining room group has subtle lines with smooth joinery and interior designers were impressed. A second Copeland group in solid Oak named Iso was designed in a Clarksville Facility variety of sizes to fit modern dining spaces. The light finish showcased Oak grains and was popular. Amish companies continue to show at High Point and Millcraft of Millersburg, OH, had a successful market with existing customers. The designs included Hard Maple, Hickory and Elm in a modern traditional style that were favored by retailers at middle and mid-upper price points.
