• Klinische presentatie<br />
– zeer variabel (zelf-limiterende diarree, PMC, fulminante<br />
colitis, toxisch megacolon, colonperforatie)<br />
– CDAD= C.<strong>difficile</strong>-associated diarrhea of<br />
CDI= C.<strong>difficile</strong> infection<br />
– meest frequente symptomen:<br />
• diarree<br />
• abdominale pijn/krampen<br />
• koorts<br />
• leukocytose<br />
– vanaf enkele dagen na start AB tot 8 weken na stop AB
