– Severe diarrhea

DETECTION OF LIVER DISEASE
Lab examination
• Use only specific and sensitive parameters
• Lab examination is not diagnostic
• Test presence / absence of liver disease in general
(parenchymal

• Interpret different lab findings in the context of
clinical findings / symptoms
