5. Criação <strong>de</strong> estabelecimentos <strong>de</strong> restauração, <strong>de</strong>s<strong>de</strong> que<br />
<strong>de</strong>clarados <strong>de</strong> interesse para o turismo, e cumpram uma das<br />
seguintes condições:<br />
> Serem diferenciadores em relação à oferta existente na<br />
região<br />
> Resultarem da adaptação <strong>de</strong> património cultural edificado<br />
classificado, ou em vias <strong>de</strong> classificação, enquanto Monumento<br />
Nacional, Imóvel <strong>de</strong> Interesse Público ou Imóvel <strong>de</strong> Interesse<br />
<strong>Municipal</strong>
