A família Amiot dedica meticulosos cuidados às suas pequenas parcelas de terras e as cultiva com o máximo respeito pelo solo e<br />
meio-ambiente. Algumas delas, como a de Montrachet, jamais viram uma máquina ou trator. O método tradicional de vinificação é<br />
privilegiado. Há mais de quatro gerações no comando da vinícola, estão entre os mais prestigiados produtores de vinhos brancos<br />

Esta vinícola nasceu em 1919 quando Arthur Trapet decidiu comprar uma parcela de terra Chambertin. O solo é constituído<br />
de argila calcária o que conseqüentemente diminui o ciclo vegetativo fazendo com que os vinhos expressem uma<br />
superioridadade no sabor.<br />
