Exposição de pintura “25 anos de aguarela” de
Rui Pinheiro
Assinalando a passagem dos seus 25 anos de
carreira artística, este aguarelista sintrense,
que tão bem tem sabido enaltecer na sua obra a
beleza incontornável da sua terra natal, apresenta-nos
esta exposição em que naturalmente
privilegia a temática sintrense.
Rui Pinheiro vai buscar aos recantos de Sintra a
matéria prima de onde parte para construir as
suas paisagens; paisagens essas onde em pinturas
edílicas, o sonho e a realidade se entrecruzam
em aguarelas que enaltecem a simplicidade
e beleza das formas que compõem a
atmosfera sintrense.
Pelo reconhecimento do seu percurso artístico,
distinguido com vários prémios e pautado pela
autenticidade e perseverança, a Câmara de
Sintra congratula-se por apresentar a exposição
alusiva aos 25 anos de Aguarela de Rui Pinheiro.

“25 years of watercolours” – painting exhibition
by Rui Pinheiro
To mark the 25th anniversary of his artistic
career, this Sintra-born watercolour painter who
has always extolled the stunning beauty of his
birthplace, presents this exhibition in which the
main subject is obviously Sintra.
Rui Pinheiro uses Sintra´s corners as the raw
material from which he builds his landscapes;
landscapes where, in idyllic paintings, dream
and reality intersect each other in watercolours
that praise the simplicity and beauty of the
shapes that make up Sintra’s atmosphere.
As acknowledgement of an artístic career distinguished
with various prizes and marked by
authenticity and perseverance, the Sintra Town
Council is proud to present the exhibition that
celebrates Rui Pinheiro’s 25 years of
Watercolours.
