性質與CaO含量有關,高含量之CaO會增進離<br />

子位移極化,升高介電常數並增大介電損失。<br />

CBS-950 燒結緻密溫度為 875°C,燒結後<br />

之主要結晶相為 CaB2O4, Tridymite, CaSiO3,<br />

燒結後無其他二次相產生,材料易於控制,<br />

可應用在高頻電子元件及基板封裝材料。<br />

四、結論:<br />

1. CBS-925、CBS-950、CBS-975 玻璃之研<br />

究發現,扮演液相燒結的是低溫之 CBS-4<br />

其含量可以調整燒結緻密溫度及延遲燒<br />

結緻密時間,可應用在製程條件之調整<br />

操作。<br />

2. CBS-950 燒結之結晶活化能為<br />

296(KJ/mole),Avrami 指數隨著升溫速<br />

率之增加而減小,升溫速率為 3 o 3.<br />

C/min<br />

之 Avrami 指數為 3.9,顯示是 3 維的晶<br />

粒體結晶成長機制。<br />

CBS-950 在 875℃燒結 30min,升溫速度<br />

-5℃/min 之介電常數為 4,介電損失為<br />

0.006,量測頻率在 4.6~12.8GHZ。<br />
