Seleção Detalhada Por Número De CiclosSelection By The Number Of CyclesO diagrama abaixo representa a evolução da “Durabilidadeoperacional” dos contra-recuos e rodas livres, sendo que:- Na abscissa do diagrama encontra-se a quantidade de ciclos nadurabilidade (Ra).- Na ordenada do diagrama encontram-se os valores do fator dedurabilidade (L), definidos pela seguinte fórmula:L =MeqTknOnde:M eq = Torque equivalente, conforme determinado no parágrafo“Seleção”.T kn = Torque nominal, indicado nas tabelas de dados técnicos.a) Para o ponto 1 as coordenadas são Ra = 107e L = 1. Como nestecaso L = 1, teremos M eq = Tkn, o que significa que a durabilidadedo contra-recuo ou roda livre é de 107ciclos. Isto ocorre quando otorque equivalente (M eq) for igual ao torque nominal (Tkn) docontra-recuo ou roda-livre.b) Para o ponto 2 as coordenadas são Ra = 8 x 105e L = 2,5, o quecorresponde ao torque máximo (Mmáx) admissível pelo contrarecuoou roda livre, ou seja, Mmáx = 2,5 Tkn. O Mmáx também estáindicado nas tabelas de dados técnicos.
